• Diagnosis documentation: A formal autism diagnosis report from a qualified professional. If your child has an Individualized Education Program (IEP) or a 504 plan that mentions autism, include that too.
• Prescription or referral: A doctor’s order for ABA therapy. This is often required by insurance.
• School district name: Know which of the 17 districts you belong to. If you are in Garwood or Winfield (the two smallest municipalities), your district may be shared with a neighboring town. Check with your local board of education.
• Your availability: In-home ABA teams travel across Union County. Let us know your general schedule (mornings, afternoons, evenings) so we can match with providers who have therapists in your area.
